Sante 2000 is a clinic in Northern Haiti, in a community called Haut Limbe that is run by Dr. Manno, who specializes in Diabetic care. Diabetes in Haiti is a growing epidemic and can often mean death as finding the proper care and Insulin is extremely difficult. Sante 2000 has grown from 60 patients to over 500 in the last 4 years. Along with Diabetic care, Sante 2000 cares for patients with all kinds of medical needs. With the help of our partners and Dr. Manno and his staff the clinic is able to help people who are within a 1-2 drive of Haut Limbe.
